Group SOUFFLET is a French company with a big experience (more than 100 years) and a strong international presence. Our main sector is the Agriculture covering a large specter of activity such as production, transformation and trade of the main crops. With more than 7500 employees in 23 countries, the turnover of the company for 2020/2021 was 4,91 billion euros. Our company owns 28 malting plants (in Europe, Asia and South America), 10 milling plants (in France and Belgium) making us worldwide leaders in the malt and flour production. Close to Bulgaria in Eastern Europe, the Group is present in Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Ukraine and Russia. Till now, in Bulgaria, the Group was represented by Malteries Soufflet Bulgarie (expert in the malt production and operating two malting plant: one in Pleven and the other one in Haskovo). From the beginning of 2017, a new division of the Group entered on the market: Soufflet Agro, with the aim to supply barley to Malteries Soufflet Bulgaria and to behave as an innovative and polyvalent agro-distributor for farmers.

With the aim to develop our business, we are currently looking for Marketing Manager

MISSIONS DESCRIPTION

Marketing Manager carries out directly the following functions:

• manages all marketing for the Company “SOUFFLET AGRO BULGARIA” and activities within the marketing department;
• develops the marketing strategy for the Company in line with the objectives of Soufflet Group;
• aligns with strategic marketing objectives of Soufflet Group to ensure effective ‘go-to-market’ with end-to-end technical solution, documentation, pricing and sales collateral;
• maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
• plans, implements and co-ordinates the promotional campaigns, creates, publishes all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
• organize field days and other company events
• monitors and reports on effectiveness of marketing communications;
• empowers and manages the team to facilitate efficient delivery of objectives in line with Soufflet Group values and drive professional development of team-members;
• carries out other functions related to the nature of the position, with the instructions of the direct supervisor or other authorized person of the Company
• keeps a positive image of the Company among the employees, suppliers and clients of the Company;

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A POSITIVE PERSON AND A TEAM PLAYER THAT ALSO HAS:

• knowledge in the Agro market and Agriculture sector
• creativity and is willing to develop new ideas
• fluency in English
• excellent MS Office knowledge, other tools are advantage;
• driving license with ability for regular business trips in the country
